Grönefeld 1941 Remontoire: eight seconds that shape the way a watch runs
In calibre G-05, a small spring is rewound every eight seconds to even out the energy supplied to the escapement. Grönefeld fits this complex mechanism into a 39.5 mm case and reveals its operation through a small dial aperture.
