Serica · Travel Chronometer Golden Green

Strengths

The 8315-3 succeeds through the coherence of its colour, bezel and bracelet. It makes a compelling everyday GMT, but its 40-hour reserve and unusual scale call for a considered choice.

Things to consider

Serica’s website specifies 40 hours of power reserve, while the Europa Star press release says 42; we prioritise the manufacturer’s current product page. After a weekend off the wrist, winding may be needed. The exact announcement day is unconfirmed.

Piaget · Andy Warhol Camouflage

Strengths

Camouflage is most convincing where stone meets gold. Its artistic idea is supported by the materials, and the two-hand 501P1 leaves it plenty of room.

Things to consider

The 45 × 43 mm case needs trying on; a 40-hour reserve does not cover a normal weekend off the wrist. Water resistance of 3 bar and a leather strap call for careful use.
