The best idea here: a mechanical shadow makes the moon the dial’s main event while retaining a restrained 38.5 mm size.
Things to consider
Before ordering, confirm power reserve and total height including the crystal: the current collection page does not confirm the former, while Monochrome quotes 8.7 mm without the crystal.
Camouflage is most convincing where stone meets gold. Its artistic idea is supported by the materials, and the two-hand 501P1 leaves it plenty of room.
Things to consider
The 45 × 43 mm case needs trying on; a 40-hour reserve does not cover a normal weekend off the wrist. Water resistance of 3 bar and a leather strap call for careful use.
