Strengths
This is one of the loveliest examples of a watch returning to cinema: the same character and the same object after 36 years. The vintage Orfina is interesting for its history, and the modern reissue for its own construction.
Things to consider
The primary sources do not name the exact reference or calibre of the screen-used watch. The modern WERK 01.140 specifications do not apply to it.

Try the 48 mm lug-to-lug length and 13.7 mm thickness on your wrist. Manual winding and a 55-hour reserve call for a habit; water resistance is 5 bar. Modern Moonwatch 3861 specifications should not be transferred to the 321.
