Strengths
Willard is recognisable from its silhouette alone. The SLA033 retains that asymmetry and adds a modern 8L35 inside. Its film connection is a pleasant way to begin exploring an unusual Seiko.
Things to consider
Try the 45 mm size before buying. The vintage 6105 and SLA033 differ in construction and water resistance; each example's condition needs separate checking. The 2019 price is not a current offer.

Strengths
Spectre hides its main symbol on the rotor and keeps a calm black dial. Bond chooses blue waves and a titanium bezel. Mechanically they are equal: choose the look and fit rather than expecting a new calibre.
Things to consider
The 14.23 mm thickness and 50.00 mm length call for trying them on. On 5 October 2026, the individual versions are unavailable online in the US catalogue; local price and availability are unconfirmed.
