Why it is interesting

The transition between hours is the UR-300’s main attraction. That movement alone invites a closer look.

Things to consider

At 18.25 mm thick, fit needs a personal assessment; water resistance is limited to 30 metres.

The model in detail

URWERK introduced the UR-300 Time Quantum on 15 October. A T-shaped construction replaces the familiar satellite carousel: two linear modules carry four three-sided hour prisms. At the hour, a rapid forward jump rearranges the elements.

The automatic UR-30.01 provides 43 hours of power reserve. Its 45.2 × 58.8 × 18.25 mm titanium case reveals the scale of the engineering: this is a substantial collector’s instrument with 30-metre water resistance.
