Why it is interesting

The nonlinear scale is particularly useful near the end of the ten-day cycle, when knowing whether to wind matters most.

Things to consider

Even after the reduction, this remains a large case: its 43 mm diameter deserves consideration.

The model in detail

In the update reported on October 16, Oris revises the ProPilot Calibre 111. The steel case now measures 43 mm, and the date moves to 6 o'clock. New black and green dials combine a vertically brushed centre with a textured outer area.

The hand-wound Calibre 111 runs for up to 240 hours. Its nonlinear indicator at 3 provides greater detail as the next winding approaches. The official US price for the green version on a steel bracelet is $7,400; water resistance is 100 metres.
