Why it is interesting

The key development is adapting accuracy to actual wearing habits while retaining mechanical timekeeping.

Things to consider

Adjustment requires an external unit; this is not continuous automatic rate correction while the watch is worn.

The model in detail

After showing the technology in 2024, Horage has brought Revolution 3 MicroReg to the production stage, WATCHPRO reports on October 15. First shipments are scheduled for October 2026. An external unit measures the rate and helps adjust the mechanical calibre through a miniature actuator.

Inside remains the automatic K2 with a micro-rotor and silicon escapement components, providing 72 hours of reserve. Electronics are used externally during adjustment, rather than replacing the mechanical regulator. The movement faces the owner, with a more precise time display on the reverse.
