Romain Gauthier · Logical One Black Titanium — Black Enamel Dial

Strengths

Logical One stands out for the unity of its design: the chain transmission, flat cam and winding pusher define both the mechanism and the appearance. A compelling subject for a collector who wants to understand watchmaking.

Things to consider

The 43 × 14.2 mm case and 53 mm lug-to-lug length call for a careful try-on. Reference MON00145 dates to 2015–2020; the condition and service history of an individual example matter more than a beautiful photograph.

TUDOR · Pelagos FXD GMT

Strengths

A compelling travel GMT for those already happy with textile and fixed bars. Its strongest argument is the independent local hour hand, rather than the aviation insignia.

Things to consider

Fixed bars rule out conventional two-piece straps and a standard bracelet. The bidirectional 24-hour scale does not replace a diver’s minute bezel.
