Strengths
The blue Murph has a mood the black one lacked: its grainy centre and dark edge make the dial the main attraction. It looks calmer on leather and sportier on a bracelet; a fitting is the best way to choose.
Things to consider
38 mm will not suit every large-watch fan. The case's 10 bar water resistance does not make a leather strap suitable for swimming. Nivachron helps with magnetic fields, but does not remove the need for care.

Strengths
Spectre hides its main symbol on the rotor and keeps a calm black dial. Bond chooses blue waves and a titanium bezel. Mechanically they are equal: choose the look and fit rather than expecting a new calibre.
Things to consider
The 14.23 mm thickness and 50.00 mm length call for trying them on. On 5 October 2026, the individual versions are unavailable online in the US catalogue; local price and availability are unconfirmed.
