Direnzo · DRZ 08 Cosmonaire GMT
The model in detail
Meet the watch
On the Cosmonaire, the ellipse around the dial catches the eye before the additional hand does. The case does not try to resemble an aircraft instrument. Its flowing transitions and short, rounded lug ends offer a different image of a travel watch: quiet, almost like an object designed for an interior.
Dimensions are 39 × 46 × 10 mm, with the crystal included in the thickness. That is a useful starting point for a fitting: diameter alone is not enough, as case length and profile matter too. A 10 atm rating and screw-down crown add practicality, although they do not by themselves make this a specialist dive watch.

© Direnzo Watches · SourceThe automatic Sellita SW330-2 Elaboré provides the second time zone. This is a caller GMT arrangement: the 24-hour hand is independently adjustable, rather than the main hour hand. It suits keeping track of home or colleagues abroad. Frequent flyers who need to change local time immediately may prefer a traveler GMT with an independently jumping main hour hand. Direnzo states a 54-hour power reserve for its watch.
Details and limitations
The blue dial in the photographs is shaped like a shallow bowl. A patterned centre beneath lacquer, applied markers and a luminous perimeter divide the surface into several levels. The interest is not only in colour, but in how the hands read against different areas of the background. That matters in a GMT: decorative depth should not force the wearer to hunt for the right hand.
A steel bracelet is included, with a leather strap offered separately. Case and bracelet have a protective coating rated at 800 HV. That is not a promise of immunity to scratches. The butterfly clasp preserves a continuous bracelet appearance, while the half-link helps with sizing; the brand does not specify an instant extension for hot weather.
The pre-sale is scheduled for November 21, 2026 at 15:00 CET, or 19:00 in Tashkent. Delivery is expected in mid-January 2027. Standard versions are CHF 1,200 in the pre-sale and CHF 1,250 at retail; limited editions are listed at CHF 1,350 and CHF 1,400 respectively. These are manufacturer prices checked on November 1, not a final landed import cost. For a purchase decision, finding the right size and second-time-zone adjustment method matters more than rushing for a limited dial.
