Breitling · Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Watches of Switzerland
The model in detail
A green dial and two-tone bracelet immediately move the Navitimer beyond a purely working-instrument image. Reference DB01381A1L1D1 is exclusive to the Watches of Switzerland Group, combining steel and 18k yellow gold. The authorised retailer’s UK catalogue showed £12,200 when checked. That figure does not calculate shipping or import costs for Uzbekistan.
Behind the dressy exterior is automatic Breitling Manufacture Caliber 01. A column wheel controls stopwatch switching, while a vertical clutch connects it to the movement. Imagine two contacting surfaces transmitting rotation: the clutch’s purpose becomes clearer. Breitling associates this construction with smooth chronograph operation. For a buyer, that is more meaningful than simply having extra buttons.

© Breitling / Watches of Switzerland · SourceThe B01 runs at 4Hz with approximately 70 hours of reserve. Friday evening to Monday morning is about 60 hours, so a fully wound watch should cover the interval. Partial winding reduces actual autonomy. COSC confirms compliance with chronometer requirements for the movement; it does not promise absolute accuracy in every condition.
Case diameter is 43mm and water resistance is 30m. The circular slide rule adds functionality and visual density: assess quick reading during a fitting. This Navitimer appeals as a mechanical stopwatch and a conspicuous bracelet watch. A 30m rating should not be treated as permission to swim at that depth; regular water activities call for a different choice.
