The model in detail
Meet the watch
The most useful colour detail on the JB300 Professional emerges in darkness. The hour markers glow blue, while the minute hand, zero marker and first 15 minutes of the bezel glow green. This separation helps distinguish current time from the interval being measured. In daylight the watch looks almost monochrome: a black dial, large white indices and a red accent on the seconds hand.
Jacques Bianchi Marseille developed the watch with Brock Stevens of Deepsea.EDC. Rather than a solid metal case, it combines forged carbon, with its irregular pattern, and a Grade 5 titanium inner core. The maker links this choice to prolonged underwater wear. It does not give a weight in grams, so there is no basis yet for comparing its lightness with specific rivals.
The diameter is 41.5 mm and thickness 13 mm. Sapphire crystal and a stated 300 m water-resistance rating suit the intended role, but on an everyday wrist, height and strap fit matter just as much. The crown sits on the left: when worn on the left wrist, it does not point towards the hand. How convenient this makes setting the watch depends on the owner’s habits.
Details and limitations
FXD-style fixed lugs remove spring bars from the construction. A 20 mm strap passes through them rather than clipping into place between the lugs. It is a coherent tool-watch choice, but limits options: a conventional two-piece leather strap or standard bracelet will not fit. The official strap-free photograph clearly shows what holds the fabric band in place.

© Jacques Bianchi Marseille · SourceInside is a COSC-certified automatic Soprod P024. The attraction here is less mechanical exotica than a verifiable chronometer status paired with straightforward indications. The maker does not specify power reserve for the Professional itself. Carrying over a figure from another P024 version would be premature: this remains an open specification for the buyer.
