The model in detail
The hour numeral travels along a minute arc, showing both the hour and its progress. It then leaves that scale but remains an active character beside the planetary markers. In this model, presented on 4 February 2026, URWERK’s familiar kinematics gain another narrative.
The planetary scale mechanically visualises sunlight’s travel time from the Sun. It does not measure actual planetary positions or receive astronomical signals. For Earth, the brand uses 8.3 minutes. The change of the pointer’s role is intriguing: a working technical component becomes an invitation to think about distance.

The systems should not be confused: the turbine concerns replenishing energy, while the solar scale concerns indication. Two days off the wrist may require winding and resetting.
The white composite case, incorporating ceramic, glass and carbon constituents, surrounds a titanium inner container. Dimensions are 43 × 51.73 × 14.55mm, with 5 ATM water resistance. Length matters especially: a 43mm width does not guarantee a compact fit. The release lists CHF67,000 excluding taxes, an announcement price; current stock and offers require separate confirmation.
